it is my best tactics which i used it for 9 seasons and i won 5 leagues from last 8 and 3 runner up
most difficult tactic i ever met is 4-1-2-1-2 ND so i think it would be the tactic u should use if your quality higher or close to him
best orders attacking - mixed passing - normal tackling - whole bitch - zonal - counter attack with no offside trap
you can also use 3N-5-2 V style with same orders
