What's better formation/ indications to beat 4-4-2?

Hello, is my first post. I'm on level 11 and my team have 73.2 quality and 23,6 of age average.

I ussually 4-3-3 because i have 3 very good strikers. But against 4.4-2 with an average a litle less tham me i have dificulties.

Can you help to sugest formations or team orders to win 4-4-2?

Change to 3-4-3 ? Using my strikers like AML/R on 4-5-1?

I have only 1 MR and 1 ML and have a good defense.
