Maybe 4-2dmc-3w-2 is a good option? or i play as usual in a 3n-1dmc-4-2?

I play home i'm 46.4 and he is 44.0

I believe 4-2dmc-3w-2 it will work, but you should attack thought the flanks, because the middle is very well barricaded. With red arrows on dl,dr,ml and mr. This is how i would play if i was on your place.
