is 4-4-1-1 an effective formation??

i have changed my tactics from 4-3w-1-2 to 4-4-1-1 but im concerned that is this formation a good one to be used??
this is my team
orders down both flanks ,attcking,mixed passing,normal tackiling,zonal marking,no counter and no offside
should i change anything

Just remove red arrows on your DR,DL since you have Mr, Ml forward, and change to mixed passing instead of down both flanks, bear in mind you have your AMC and if you insist playing on flanks, AMC rating will get drop.
