With your players the best you can use is 4-4-2 classic.
And put a real DL playing on the left side.
ORDERS:
Mentality.. attacking against weaker teams, normal/defence against strong teams
Focused Passing.. Mixed.
Pressing...Own half.
Tackling...Hard on weaker teams, Normal on strong teams.
Passing ..Mixed
Marking ...zonal.
No counter or offside trap
Arrows blue on your 2 dc and red on ml/mr.
