How to beat 3-2-3-2.....??

hello i have an important cup match against a team who has beaten me by 2-0 in our first game ...now how may i counter his formation which very complicated 3-2-3-2 plz help me

his formation looks like this :

ST--ST
ML--MC--MR
DMC--DMC
DL--DC--DR

this is the formation which i need to counter so plz some1 help me

4-4-2 classic will counter it, with red arrows on 2 Sts (as optional), attack mixed, focus mixed. if you fail to dominate the game, switch to 3-5-2 classic with same setting!

4-4-2 diamond or simple 4-4-2 & which 3-5-2 .....
