How to beat 4 1 2(ML MR) 1 2

Hello. Please I need help again. I will play very important match against 4 1 2(ML MR) 1 2. Which formation and tactics should I use?

This formation is one of the best I've ever tried out with my team. I'm using exactly this formation for the whole season now and till now, nobody has managed to beat me with this set-up with the same number of players. The only two defeats I got were due to early red cards...

I won 2:0 with 4 5 1 V. Strong attack mentality. Next match is on his stadium. I hope I win.
