What formation to use agains 4-4-2

This is what I do for my 4-1-2-1-2 ND

Blue arrowsC & DMC,
Red Arrows: Wingers (DL, DR), AMC, and optional red on ST (preferably the one with SA - e.g.: One on One)
Attacking Mentality, short passing through the middle, normal/hard tackling, zonal marking, unchecked both Force Counter & Offside.

Give it a try, I have a match with a 4-4-2 (3 quality better) later today, beat him 3-0 in the last league match, he has even better players now, lets see if this formation holds true.

Sure, I do hope i get to win again. He was the Champion in my league last season, very unfortunate for us to meet again this season
For the 3 match history I had with him, I lost one (last season), tied one (last season), and won one (this season with ND). He's playing home this round, so he has the slight possession advantage (not to mention probably supported by another friend). Lets see how it goes.
