Use 4-3n-1-2, attack through the middle, no counter, no offisde. DC to ST, DL/DR to ML/MR, 3 MC to gain more possession, AMC and 2 ST against lone DC and 2 DMC.

I'd say 3N-2(DML/DMR)-2(MC)-2(AML/AMR)-1.

Defensive
Down both flanks
Force counter attack
Own half
Zonal

I very much advise that you get AML/AMRs and DML/DMRs, this formation is quite effective at countering many formations in addition to this one.
