[b]Best Formation against 3N-2(dml,dmr)-3N-2 ?????[/b]

Hi guys,

I have an important game! If i win this i win the tittle! So yesterday my opponent won with 1-7!:( He used this formation:
3N-2(dml,dmr)-3N-2 (see photo)

So i know that you can use:
4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond, 4-5-1 Flat, 3-5-2 Flat !!!

Which one you guys recommend me too use if you see my squad:

Oh and don't forget to tell me also the orders and arrows for that formation
