Orders and arrows for 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow

Hi,

This season I decided to try 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow as my main formation, but I'm going to need help whit Arrows and orders since i'm pretty new on this game and this formation.

Here's my current squad, if it can help you.
Also, I know my left back is quite poor. I'll buy one, there is no interesting one at the moment on my server
