4-1-4-1... How can i beat this stupid tact

Like in topic, how can I beat this tactic.
I played 2 matches vs it and both of them i lost.
3W-4-3 should be a counter.. due to this screenshoots im think its not ;/ Any clues?

your 2 dc can do nothing against 3 st you have a dmc and he dont use amc . you need to use 3N-2(DMR DML)-2-2-1 . ml mr blockrd by your dmr and dml. dont need to much players in the center and you can take advantage from flanks . all pitch trought flanks long pass force counter if he is better or equal
