This is a very good counter formation! I like to think im an expert at it!, your are down a little on quality but you have to make best of what you have! I would suggest orders,,,ATTACKING, MIXED PASSING, CLOSED DOWN OWN HALF, HARD TACKLING, MIXED PHOCUS PASSING , ZONAL MARKING, PLAY OFFSIDES!, it may even be worth playing 4-1-3-2! to have that extra cover at the back!.
Arrows...RED on DMC.ALL MIDFIELD AND STRIKERS!, if you find you go 2 or more down, take off a CM for another ST if playing 4 in midfield!, or take of your DMC for another striker playing 3 at the back.
