What tactic should i use to counter this 5-3-2.
3-5-2 classic, 3-1-4-2, attack mixed (must be attacking cos this guy is playing normal. defensive for sure), focus mixed (down both flanks, mixed give better result for mc and still work with red arrows on Mr/ML). Good luck
