this guy alone in the right side is not a good idea, try to prove the "normal formations" as I can see the oteam have better quality ...and 5 guys ready to defend...
I always use a 4-3-3, now a 4-3-1-2 too,.. maybe this last formation can be ok and have some result...
The other option is prove something defensive with long passing, style 4-1-3-and 2 ST's
