How to beat 4-2-2-1-1

Hello, guys. I have encountered tactic which i have never seen before and also i couldnt find any other topic with explanation how to counter this tactic. I am facing Champions League tonight and my opponent is playing :

4 - DL, DC, DC, DR
2 - DML, DMR
2 - MC, MC
1 - AMC
1 - ST

Can you give me any tips and suggestions how i can counter this tactic ?

3-1-4-2/3-5-2 will do the good job
