How to beat 3-2-4-1?

I need to beat this kind of formation:
---DC-DC-DC----
DMR--------DML
MR-MC----MC-ML
------- -ST-

I'm quite inexpert, but i've alredy unterstood the logic of the game.
But i had never faced someone with this kind of 5-4-1.
Need your help

use 3-5-2 classic :D

4-1-2-1-2 could be an option?

Hmm.... he got a strong defense and 6 midfielders, 1 lonely striker. Almost certain that he'll attack you down both flanks. Thing is that you need to balance his midfield. 3-5-2 could do the job. put blue arrows on ML&MR, attack trough middle.
Or play 3dc-dml/dmr-2mc-1amc-1st, normal mentality, pass trough middle, no counter, no offside. But if you want to win it might be too defensive.
