How to Win Against Any Formation?

PLease help me beat this formation : 3-2-2-1-2 , thanks all for your help.

An excellent attacking formation and strong in wing attack..

Can be countered by:

A logical choice formation to use against the 4-3-2-1.. 3 DC to block 1 lone striker, a DML and DMR to block attacks from the flanks coming from the AML and AMR, 3 midfield to keep control and 2 strikers to go for goal.

3-2-2-2-1:

AML-AMR
MC-MC
DML-DMR
DMC-DMC-DMC

Fight fire with fire, 3 DC again to block a lone striker.. DML and DMR to block the AML's and AMR's which can feed passes up your own AMLs and AMRs to take advantage of the lack of wing defence and one lone striker to go between the 2DC..

Motivated 4-5-1 flat... mixed passing ... offside trap ... no counter attack ... hard tackling.

or also you can use 4 5 1 V stile with red arrows on AMR/L.

this too much defensive mate :) ... no need to 3 DCs .. only DR/RL with 2 DCs because his opponent has only 2 ST .. and he has AML/R to counter them with DML/R !! so you understand me? :)

and also i got some injured players that are better that i didnt list.

so against this guy how should i make full use of my team?

the best formation to beat him is 3-2-2-2-1 but don't put any player out of his position if you wanted to get positive result so let's start :

While you don't need more than 1 or 2 DC's against 4-5-1 V, you don't want to use an illegal formation. The extra DC acts as a sweeper, DML/DMR block the attacks from the flanks, and AML/AMR attack the soft flanks.

but with the your current players you have, you can use

Mentality normal, Both flanks, Own half, Tackle normal, Zonal, Mixed passing, No OS No Counter, if you need more attacking threat red arrows on AMR/AML.
If his centre MC is getting a lot of the ball put red arrows on the DMC, he will be attacking through the centre probably with short passing, and zonal marking.
If your losing try Hard attacking with OS trap, OS only if your defenders are faster than his ST, if that does not work, take off all arrows switch to defensive long passing and counter attack

3-4-1-2with 1 AMC and 3DCs is better but both formation not good enough this my opinion :) sorry .

always secure your bac by 4 ( 2 DR/L and 2DCs) and do what you want to do in the rest of your formation.

can be beaten by the 4-4-2 Classic, Best used with normal mentality, down both flanks, short passing, zonal marking with normal tackling. No counterattack and no offside trap .. red arrows on MR/L.
