How to beat 5-2-1-2 ?

How to beat this formation ?
5-2-1-2
------ST----ST------
--------AMC--------
-----MC---MC------
DL-DC-DC-DC-DR

This has to be 4-4-2 or 4-3w-3 or 4-1-3-2 or 3-1-4-2 or 4-3-3 or 3-4-4, any formation that uses flanks for penertration!, he has set up a wall playing 5 defenders so its going to be hard to break down!, but he has left himself very exposed in the outer midfield areas!, so thats where yo need to focus your attacks! he will be playing orders through the middle so you use down the flanks or mixed! but I would start with flanks!, have you ML, MR players with red arrows! play a minimum of two strikers!,

4-4-2 classic: Attacking mentality, through the middle, own half, mixed passing, zonal. Red arrows on ST,2 MCs.

Played with 3N-1-4-2 against this...with red on flanks attacking both flanks, and blue on DCs.
I drawn the match 1-1 :-( expected win...
