    Best tactics for 4-3-2-1

    Hi,
Can anyone please help with the best tactics for the following formation:

    ********GK********

    DL**DC**DC**DR

    ****MC**MC**MC***

    AML***********AMR

    ********ST********

Thanks. Team is rated 50. Would it be better to convert to 4-4-2?

It depends on how strong the other teams formation is in defense whether you should switch to 4-4-2 or not. You would normally attack down both flanks with this formation, red arrows on DL/R and AML/R

So, if the other side's defence is strong, then you would revert to 4-4-2? Do you think 4-4-2 is a stronger attacking formation than the one that I am currently using?
How about tactics such as passing style, counter attack etc?

I would play 4-4-1-1, attack the flanks.

Just in case there is confusion, I'm playing with 4-3N-2W-1, so just wanted to know what the best setting are for this formation.

4-4-2 is good because it is flexible and has 2 strikers as well as midfielders you can put red arrows on. If he has a 5 man backline I would suggest using 4-4-2. if it is 4 or 3 you can use your formation. Attack down both flanks, red arrows on DL/R and AML/R
