Players with low ratings

Hello

If i play a formation with tactic orders attacking on both flanks my central midfielders will recieve very low ratings (4,5,6). But i still need them there because they give me possession. How can i use them better? Or should i just accept their bad ratings? I am scoring a lot of goals using this formations. I play with 3 MC and 1 AML, 1 AMR.

Maybe its just based on the opponents formation. If opponent is also attacking on flanks a blue arrow on my MC would be useless and give the player bad ratings?

GK, DMC, MC are always the players with lower ratings.

If there name appears in the commentary, they assist and score, ignore the ratings, otherwise sell the player.
