What kind of formation is this???

He is missing players because they are out of contact or retired, if it stays the same till the game starts the game server will automaticly fill in the missing players with his subs!, as for tactics, stay as you are! you have a great formation!, if you want to start with more attacking then play 3-1-4w-2 or 4-3w-3 or 3w-4-3.

Orders, attacking, mixed passing, close down own half, hard tackling, mixed passing style, zonal marking, playn offsides.
Arrows, none on defence, reds on DMC, ALL MIDFIELD AND STRIKERS.

Thanks a lot Skidz, normally i would play 3-1-4-2, but because he had 3n strikers i switched too 4-3w-3 like you had recommended
I used the orders you have told me and i won with 0-2

But he had some great attackings but somehow he didn't score! my defenders did some great job and my GK also
