Please Advice Formation 3-3-1-1-2

Hi All,

Have you ever meet a team with a freak formation like my opposite?
3N-3W-1-1-2

DC DC DC
DML DMC DMR
MC
AMC
ST ST

Anybody can help me how to overcome this formation?
Very appreciated for any kind of your advice..!!

It is a wiered formation but any balanced formation will beat it, 4-4-2, 3w-1-4-2, 4-1-3w-2, 4-3-3, he is very defence minded so will be hard to break down!, so you need to have plenty of players in and around his box.

I trying to used 4-1-3w-2 and reform at second half with 3-1-4-2, but my team lost 2-0.
Fyi, he has 25 star for average quality and my team are 26 star.
My team order :
Mental : Normal; Focus passing : Mixed; Pressing :Ownhalf; Tackling : Normal; Passing style : short; Marking : zonal.
Counter attack : NO, Offside : YEs.
