    Counter Attacks

I've been thinking a lot lately about my tactics. Usually, I field a pretty aggressive 4-2-3W-1. With a focus on Attacking, down both flanks, hard tackles on, mixed passing and half field pressure, with counter attacks on.

Should a manager only use counter attacks with a defensive formation? Seems maybe a little counter intuitive to use counters on attacking. I just wonder if I am doing myself a disservice in going with these tactics.

I'd love yo hear all your thoughts.

Yes, only with defensive - with attacking it just doesn't work.
