Counter Formation For 4-3W-3

What is an effective counter for 4-3W-3? I have a better quality team, and a stud ML and ST. Need orders too.

Theres a difference between 4-3-3 and 4-3W-3 I was wondering if 4-1-4-1 is still effective against W.

Yes, but on there also you had asked about 4-3W-3 which was what I was responding to. The only real difference I would say is for 4-3N-3 attack down both flanks, whereas for 4-3W-3 I'd go mixed or through the middle.
