3N-4-1-2 Tactics vs. 4-4-2 ?

Have good match coming up, he is running 4-4-2

My team is 4+ points higher, but he runs good team. His strength is in one MC & one ST.

I've lost my AMR for this game , so have to go with next best 3N-4-1-2.

Looking for Best tactics & arrows advise using this against 4-4-2.

(side question) would 3n-5 flat - 2 work?
