Hi guys,
it seems i have to meet only strange formations!...Take a look below:


I think i'll keep my actual formation (4-5-1 V-S), fronting him on the flanks and getting the counter attack...maybe defensive mentality althought i'm stronger...
You can also see that his Mc is out (red card) and he got no natural sub.

What do you think?

yep 4-5-1 v style should work. If he seems to be attacking a lot switch on force counter attack. and the computer will replace his MC with anybody from his bench

Uhmm....something didn't rule as it should! I lost 2-0!
I was Normal minded, down both flanks, zonal, mixed pass and counter attack on. To get more attack i motivated all externals...but i think i pushed forward too much and he punished me!
Maybe, without AML/AMR motivation and a Defensive mind the result should be different...

His MC, with red card, has replaced with an AMC.

I would suggest using defensive mentality with force counter attacks. That is when counter attacks are the most effective for you. You also need the opponent to be attacking, otherwise its not really useful
