Not Able to Counter 3W-4-1-2

Played Couple of League matches against 3W-4-1-2 and lost every time.
Counter Strategies used :-

4-1-2-1-2 Narrow diamond - Lost
4-1-4-1 - Lost

Can someone please help

did you attack through the middle with narrow diamond, and attack down the flanks with 4-1-4-1? sometimes its not the formations but the orders

Yes for narrow I choose to attack from the middle and the other one from Flanks.
