hi guys,i have 5+ stars team and i want to tell me the best formations for 4-1-2-1-2 nd and 3-5-2 v style

4-1-2-1-2 nd not work for me many of times

i had play with wings dl-dr(red arrows) attacking,from the middle,own half,normal tacklin,short or mixed passes,zone
and counter attack yes,no offside trap
the second time i had red arrows only amc and dmc with the same formation
where is my faulse?

3n-5-2 v style or 3w-5-2 v style
i had play with red arrows aml,amr and 2 st's attacking,flanks,own half,normal tacklin,mixed passes,zone
counter attack yes,offside trap no

i don't know why these formations not work for me
