Switch your team formation to dl,dc,dc,dr,dmc.ml,mc.mr,st,st (4-1-3w-3), you need more threat upfont! one striker is not really enough unless your playing a AMC with shadow striker special ability!, playing out and out winger ml and mr gives you better width and balance to your team.

That advice was just for when you're playing that formation - that does NOT in any way mean that that formation is necessarily suitable for your opponent - it depends on his team and formation.

You need to play offsides, if you find attacking down both flanks not working then switch to mixed at HT.
