3W-1-2-2-2 How to beat this formation with tactics.

New to game, and can not beat this formation. Currently using a standard 4-4-2.

is it 2n-2w or 2w-2n? a picture of the formation would help

Tactics would help. I normally use a 4-4-2.

I think your tactic is good if you have nice dl,Dr and red arrows dl,Dr,ml,Mr normal,flanks,short passes,counter attack
