I'm no expert but I would play 4-5-1 down the flanks, normal, long ball. no counter/offiside.

He has flanks so 3 DC is risky. He has 3 DC so attack the flanks.

Get rid of your arrows! You have far too many, and really you don't need any of them, and the ones on the midfielders will stop them from helping in defence as much as they should.
