How to beat this weird 4-2-3-1

So I"m going to be playing this guy in champions league in a day or two. Still waiting for the brackets to advance. I've never seen this formation and don't know how I should counter it. I thought about wide diamond since he doesnt have a MR and ML and going through the middle but not sure. Might stick with my current 4-4-2 formatiom but yeah I'm not too sure. So any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Im not too sure how to handle that, maybe narrow diamond or you can use 4-4-2 classic
