and how to setup team mentality

Your team is much stronger then your opponent's one so I would just play with your usual formation :D

Just play like you play most of the times...
If you're watching the match you can still change something if it's going wrong (1:100 chance that this will happen)... ;-)

he has only player on the middle
so the red arrow in both wingers and DL and DR are perfect
then focus your attack on the flanks and you will beat him
just use the normal mental

so 4-3-2-1 or 4-2-2-2 is better then 3-1-4-2

U guys are funy, talking about which formation beats another, it doesnt make a difference in football, u can play any formation and win s long as ur team is superior. I have 11 scout player as long as u dont have a better team u wont win and i won't win if my oponent has 7 star player. Only the player skills matter in the game of football, if u have messi o ronaldo dont tnink about formation haha its hilarious.... And by the way an so called ilegal formation doesnt mean u beat them, if he has better players u still get ass kicked..
