Against 3N-4-3

Hi guys !
I'm not a noob in this game 'cause i'm Lvl 30 !
BUT ! Since i began Top11, i always had problem with the 3 ST formation !

Today, i'll play against :

MR-MC-MC-ML
--ST-ST-ST--

With my players, i can do all the tactic i want (i just haven't a DMR!)
What should i do to win against this kind of team ?
I.E : what is the best thinks to do against 3 STs ?

I played yesterday against a 3-4-3 and try a 3-5-2. My opponent has player average at 164.3 and me 170.2 ! He scored 2 times in the last 5 minutes for a draw 4-4 after my best striker injury :/
