Need help for semi-final matches against 4-1-2-1-2

In 2 days I'm gonna play the Semi-Finals against a stronger opponent who uses 4-1-2-1-2. Since I'm using 4-4-2 I always lost against this formation. Could you tell me how I should set the arrows/orders and which formation I should use?

Passing style: Own half
Tackling style: Normal
Passing style: Mixed
Marking: Zonal
Play counterattack
red arrow on (DL-DR)
blue arrow on (DMC)
if you have squad for it...;-)

I don't have the squad for it. I can use 3-4-3 or 4-4-2 or 4-1-3-2 :/
