Try a very basic fomation and make changes from there. My first couple seasons I played 3 1 4 2 and 4 1 3 2. You can do a lot with orders and arrows too, so try to keep everything basic, with no arrows, and make one change at a time to see how it goes before changing anything else.
i played with this opponent 3 times and i have played ND and V style and 442 but there is no way
otherwise most of my team from scout list and all moral and condition are full
and way i will try what u said but what is the formation
4 at the back 1 DMC ML MC MR 2 ST is a basic defensive formation, and you could put arrows on wingers forward for more offensive push if you need.
Only my suggestion, maybe others will have good ideas too
