Help about an illegal formation

Hello everyone.

I've a match today, and what I read in this forum, i saw that the kind of formation i have the match called "Illegal". Does anyone have any idea how to beat this. His team is 13.6, and mine is 15.8.

there isn't any broken rule, but the formation like that is called illegal, and that's the point i need help, how can i beat it

its not illegal , is just unsual and stupid somehow ..
