How to beat this strange formation?

Hello guys. This formation in my opinion is quite crazy and I'm not sure how to counter it. Yesterday my players played very well when I set 3N-1-4-2 (DMC blue arrow, rest without arrows, normal mentality, down both flanks, NO counter, NO offside). Do you think it will be good this time? Or maybe 4-2-3-1?
Also, my squad quality is 112.3 and his only 99.0. But sometimes he likes making surprisesa and beating someone on higher position.

you should play with 4 dc's , 2 mc's 1 amc and 3 strikers , give the right mc blue arrow and your amc red arrow , if its home match put the mentality attacking , if its away match put it normal , through the middle (focus passing) ,

if you have good strikers , put just two strikers and add to the formation
