Needing to beat the formation on the object, i'll go on field with a 4-1-2-1-2 ND...any suggestion about the set up?

man use 4-4-2 i'm afraid that 3 defender can't do well if he has very good St
normal mentality---passing down both flanks-- mixed passing-- zonal ----hard tackling if he better than you and normal if you equal or you stronger
if you stronger just use the 3-5-2 flat with attacking mentality -- mixed passing -passing throw the middle-zonal normal tackling
