Use this orders as well:
Mentality: Normal
Passing style: Mixed
Focus passing: Down both flanks
Pressing: Own half
Force Counter attack: Yes
Offside trap: No
Marking: Zonal marking

With the orders that i said in the post and the other 45 minutes with the orders from Kibica. I want to see what orders are better :) Hope i can make a good match, it is very hard :(

Sometimes its not just your orders it is the opponents. And you cant use the same orders for every match. What formation did your opponent use?

I would not call that formation "bad," you have to be careful when facing a 5 man defensive line. I would say you did not have enough offensive punch to break through his backline. He also might have had force counter attacks on, which would be a perfect counter against your offensive mentality. Next time I would suggest a 3w-5-2 v style, which would give you another ST in attack

Yes I think red arrows are almost always needed on the wingers
