I have league match tommorow with strong opponet. My Q69 and his Q71.8
This formation

How can I beat him? I think about 442 classic. I've go players on same lvl on every position. I can make any tactics. Please give me some advice how to beat him.
4-5-1 v style or 4-3n-2w-1
what about team orders and arrows?

You can beat him on a wing and a prayer... usually works...
play deffensiv or offensiv with counter?
defensive with counter
3W-1-3W-1-2 or 4w-1-3w-2.
His defends weak on wing . Exploit this major weakness .
But his attacking is strong , so you should put 4 defenders(DL-DC-DC-DR) or 3 narrow dc + dml + dmr .
Put either 2 MC + AML+AMR or 2MC+ML+MR .

Match is over. 0:0 but I almost win. In second half he change formation on illegal. I play 4222 Hexagon.
3322, is an extremely offensive formation. Strong in the center. Strong in the defense. Depending on how strong the AML and AMR are, you must have DL and DR that have good speed. I personally play the 3322 or as I would name it the 334 and I can not complain. I beat all kinds of formations.
What I am trying to say is, pick a formation that suits your Top 11, and play it. I personally prefer defensive tactics when playing this highly offense oriented formation. Wings exploited? Yes but when the opponents DR and DL are under pressure it is really hard to counter. If you ever decide to play this formation, inbox me me for orders and arrows.
