4-3W-3. Attacking, down the flanks, pressing whole pitch, short passing, normal/hard tackling, zonal, no counter, no offsides. That's about as offensive as you can get, while still having 4 Defenders to account his 3 strikers. Red arrows on DL/DR and ML/MR. Blue arrow on MC.
If you really want to go for broke, you can try a 3N-3W(ML-MC-MR)-1-3. You might leak a goal or two because this formation is rather weak defensively but your opponents defense will be pummeled.
