So what formation to use for him?

Try 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly or 4-5-1 v style

Will be good to use 3W-1-4-2?
Red arrow on ML;2x MC;MR and DMC

using 3w might not be a good idea against a 2 striker formation. I would suggest using 3n
