Can anyone advise tactics and orders for this formation please

Too many red arrows. A lot of players will get tired.

Take away red arrow on DMC, unless you have mixed passing take away red arrows on DML and DMR. Put a blue arrow on center DC. I would suggest using passing through the middle, short passing, normal or attacking mentality
