I would go with 4-5-1 V.
Narrow Diamond is a strong attacking formation an when your opp is better he play may be attacking mentaly.
Go defensive, down flanks, mixed passing, normal or hard tackling ( i prefer hard), own half and counter.
Red arrow on dl, dr, aml, amr. Blue arrow on dmc and dc's.
You can change your mentaly during the match to normal without counter if nobody scores, but i dont think so.
