If you are stronger you can go with Narrow Diamond. I play 3-1-4-2 as one of my favorites and i can tell no formation to win 100 %.
May be 4-3w-1-2. If i were you i would go for sure with 2 Strikers and 1Amc to bring much trouble to this 3 Man defence.
Its up to you which formation your players feel more familary.

Thanks Ricardo for your suggestions. I will keep them in mind. I played with 3 5 2 flat to counter 3 1 4 2 and won quite comfortably (4-0).
