Comments on my new formation.

I'm in my 9th season, and have been relatively successful to date. If you look at my signature you will see I'm always a top 3 team in League, and in the Cup I always play 2 levels higher so even though I don't always win, I can't look too poorly on my results considering the competition is usually over my head.

I have stuck with the same formation for about 95% or more of my games. I think I'm going to try mixing things up in an attempt to increase possession and bolster defense. Why improve my defense when my seasonal scoring ratio is about 8.1? Because reasons.

So my question is not just about peoples experience with my new formation, but specifically, has anyone else transitioned from a 4-4-2 to this 3-5-2 and noticed a difference in possession and defense?

The only change in personnel is to bench a [Q60 MC], and put in a [Q57 DMC Plymkr Nordgen].
