Can 4-3w-3 beat 4-4-2 Formation? Help !

Hi, I have a upcoming cup match. And my Opponent is using this formation 4-4-2. My Quality is 24.8 Im level 2. His Quality is 20.1 and his level 3. Does the level matter?:( Will i lose because of the level?:(

Also Can 3-2w-2n-2w-1 beat 4-4-2? If So whats the tactics for it.

And What about this other formations?
The 3-1-3-1-2? Or 3-4-1-2? Or 4-1-3-1-1?

yep. if you are stronger use 4-3w-3 red arrows on all ST's ML MR whole pitch, hard tackling, attacking, dbf, mixed pass

totally agree. this formation is boss against 442.
