How to beat 3-4-1-2

I play 4-5-1V attacking mentality both flanks zonal mixed passing, normal/easy tackling (Ned the red packs badly).
My team is superior, but even though I was beaten at my home 3-1.
What formation should I use now?

If your 4-5-1V is not working you can go with Narrow Diamond if you have strong Amc.
And never play with easy tackling.

Can you elaborate on the tackling a bit more? I am trying to earn red packs. What is the flaw of using easy tackling?

If you play with easy tackling you get also cards. There is no way to get no card in this game.
And for me it makes no sense. I want from my players to be on the enemy and take away this ball. I dont want to let the opponent goes ways with the ball and my team walk beside them because of easy tackling.
I play now only hard tackling. This takes more stamina but gives you more posession. And the cards are the same as normal. I want that my players go aggresive to keep the ball.
Try it. And if you have fear for cards then play normal tackling. Its up to you. But never easy.
